Great to meet you!

When working with me, clients should know I take into full consideration of what pace works best for them. It is essential that what is discussed and worked on in therapy is when a client is ready to do so. As a therapist I will be here to help gain new insights and work through barriers supporting the client’s growth while ensuring that they are comfortable with the process. My approach to therapy is tailored to meet the client’s needs. My therapeutic approaches stem from CBT, Person-Centered, and Psychodynamic models, all while creating a non-judgmental safe space for clients to feel supported. In an effort to work towards the client’s goals, I take a collaborative approach when working with clients to gain encouragement, empowerment and opportunities for reflection

My approach to therapy

I ensure that therapy is a collaborative effort where clients feel heard, seen and understood. Clients will not only find comfort in a safe space to express themselves but also have an input and a collaborative approach from me as a therapist to help make connections, build perspectives and gain insights.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I will complete an intake assessment to gather as much information to better assess and get to know you, your history, and what concerns have brought you to therapy and therefore set up goals. The following sessions, we will engage in talk therapy while pulling from various modalities to help you achieve your goals. Our sessions are 45 min in length on a weekly basis
