Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist offering telehealth sessions to clients across Virginia. I work with people who are navigating some of life's harder chapters — anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, and the kind of exhaustion that builds up when you've been pushing through for too long without support. I believe that the relationship between a therapist and client is one of the most important ingredients in meaningful change, and I work hard to make that relationship feel safe, honest, and collaborative. I accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, grounded, and adapted to the individual in front of me — not a one-size-fits-all model. I draw on evidence-based methods while making space for the nuance of each person's history and goals. Sessions aren't just about talking through problems; they're about building insight, developing real tools, and making progress that you can actually feel week to week. I take your goals seriously, and I'll be honest with you when something isn't working so we can adjust course together.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll ask about what's brought you in, what your life looks like right now, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start — that's what we work on together. By the end of our first meeting, you'll have a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit and what the path forward might look like. All sessions are held via telehealth, so you can meet with me from wherever you're most comfortable.
