Hello! My name is Sandy. I'm the owner of Life's Journey Counseling Services. I have an extensive background in social work, school counseling and mental health counseling. I specialize in many treatment modalities including CBT, solution focused, Mindfulness and EMDR Therapies.
My therapeutic style with clients is welcoming and client centered with focus on meeting a client we're they're at in life. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships and life's transitions.
Clients can expect to have a safe space to where they can share and collaborate with therapist on treatment goals and needs. Therapist will always make sure to provide transparency with working with clients to make sure goals are clear.
