Great to meet you!
I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges by providing a safe space to process emotions, build coping skills, and foster relationships.

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges by providing a safe space to process emotions, build coping skills, and foster relationships.
With over 40 years of experience serving individuals, couples, and families, I still love the work of helping people grow, heal, and find balance. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, substance use, or life transitions. Others carry the weight of past experiences or self-doubt that continue to shape their present. In our work together, I offer a supportive and direct space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin reconnecting with your strengths. I believe therapy should be both meaningful and engaging—we’ll use humor, honest questions, and a collaborative approach to get to the heart of what’s holding you back while also finding moments of lightness along the way. My style is conversational, solution-focused, and grounded in research-based methods such as CBT, ACT, RLT, IFS, MI, and EFT. At the same time, I integrate principles of self-awareness, conscience, independent will, creative imagination, authenticity, compassion, and curiosity to support lasting growth. I help clients explore old scripts and write new ones—building healthier patterns of emotional regulation, self-acceptance, forgiveness, and gratitude. I believe all people want to feel safe, connected, and effective. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and create a path forward. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered—able to face challenges with clarity, cultivate fulfilling relationships, and move toward the life you envision for yourself.
The foundation of relationships is trust, in therapy as well. I believe in joining through the truth with compassion. The most important skill is seeking first to understand. Feeling understood is the most powerful validation.
