I am licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 8 years of experience. I work from a culturally cognizant therapeutic approach and have been privileged to work with individuals from many countries, nationalities, cultural and religious backgrounds. My goal is to provide individuals with a safe and supportive environment where clients can be heard.

I incorportate elements of CBT, Behavior modification, and Person-centered; I assist clients in uncovering and utilizing their strengths.
