Great to meet you!

I work with youth 12+, teens, and young adults struggling from depression, anxiety, and overwhelming life experiences. For kids and teens, that may look like school avoidance, bullying, behavior changes, peer pressure, low self-esteem, or trouble speaking up for themselves. For young adults, I support healing from emotional abuse, stress, family chaos, and relationship trauma. Many of my clients are working on coping, emotional regulation, boundaries, and feeling safe enough to function and move forward again. You can have relief, just reach out, I can help. I am a bi-lingual, Spanish speaking therapist.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and tailored to your needs. I use EMDR, somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients process trauma, manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and build practical coping skills. Together, we work on things like flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, night terrors, stress management, boundaries, healthier peer relationships, self-advocacy, and feeling more able to function day to day. I move at a pace that feels safe while helping clients build confidence and healthier patterns.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session and answer question you may have. We would also set therapy goals. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel empowered to explore your experiences, discover your strengths, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
