Great to meet you!

My diverse cultural training has allowed me to work effectively with my clients from various backgrounds, and I am passionate about helping individuals overcome life’s challenges.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in supporting adult and adolescents and family in their journey.

I work with clients facing issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, past trauma, relationship difficulties, college adjustment and managing life stressors. My approach is focused on identifying core issues and helping you set meaningful, achievable goals.

My approach to therapy

I want to help my client learn to identify their thoughts and emotions. Move towards their values versus their want/comfort. Most of my client's report they feel supported, validated and heard and also they have confidence in their ability to manage their life stressors.

What you can expect from me

Some testaments of my client

"starting therapy for the first time I was nervous, but I felt supported".

" I feel like I am heard and I walk out feeling confident".

I also speak Nepalese, Nepali, Hindi and some Urdu.
