Great to meet you! If you’ve ever felt weighed down by anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt, you’re not alone. I became a therapist because I’ve seen how cultural and societal messages can impact the way we see ourselves, and I wanted to help create a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered.
In addition to private practice, I oversee an outpatient substance use treatment program. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has reinforced my belief that everyone has inherent value and the capacity for growth and change.
I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust and genuine connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself.
Together, we’ll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. My goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. I draw from approaches including CBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and grounding techniques, tailoring treatment to your unique needs.
Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you to therapy, and we’ll begin exploring what you’d like to get out of our work together. There’s no need to have everything figured out or come in with a clear agenda. We’ll take it one step at a time.
