Great to meet you!

  1. Hello, I am so glad you found me!
  2. I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of clinical experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, stress, and significant life transitions.
  3. My approach is warm, compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I create a supportive space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing while also developing concrete strategies to move forward.
  4. I work primarily with adult women and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, career concerns, identity development, and major life transitions. Let's Connect

My approach to therapy

  1. I especially enjoy working with women who are navigating periods of change and growth—whether you're rebuilding after a difficult relationship, questioning your career or identity, adjusting to a new stage of life, coping with loss, or simply feeling stuck and ready for something different.
  2. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, person-centered, and practical, incorporating evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  3. I tailor treatment to your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on what you're experiencing, we may focus on managing anxiety, changing unhelpful thought patterns, developing healthier coping skills, improving relationships and boundaries, processing difficult experiences, or identifying the next steps toward the life you want.
  4. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive. You should leave sessions feeling heard, but also with greater clarity and practical tools you can use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our work together will begin with understanding where you are now, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope will be different.

From there, we'll identify realistic goals and develop a treatment approach that fits you. My goal is to help you feel more confident managing challenges, making decisions, setting healthy boundaries, and moving forward with greater clarity.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need to be ready to begin.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when you're already dealing with uncertainty or change. If you're looking for an experienced, compassionate therapist who can help you navigate this next chapter, I invite you to reach out.

Let's work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of the direction your life is taking.
