I have over five years of experience helping teens, adults, and families in need of mental health services and/or medical/case management counseling. I am the owner of Forevermore Counseling Services, LLC, currently licensed in FL with the pursuit of more states, and utilizes empirical based interventions geared to your needs.

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back and begin moving toward meaningful change. I believe therapy works best when you feel seen, heard, and understood—and when the tools you gain genuinely fit your life, your goals, and your identity.
