Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am Sansan, a 9-year practitioner with ongoing honing clinical skills, big fan of chocolate ice-cream. I view the client-therapist relationship as a collaborative alliance. You are the shining center, and I shall cast you toward the spotlight. One of the bravest things you can do is check out a therapeutic journey with me!

My approach to therapy

My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Therapy (ERP) to equip you with hands-on toolkits to achieve a manageable life with confidence. I'd also love to apply Psychodynamic lenses to trace back the past to see how we can break the cycle and heal from the trauma.

What you can expect from me

feel welcomed, warm, heard, validated, empowered, relieved, inspired, more confident, less chest tightness; sometimes a little sweaty after exploring something profound
