Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Santina—a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a heart for helping others heal and grow. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ashford University (2010) and a Master’s in Social Work with a Trauma Certification from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2015). I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life to include military service members, individuals, couples, families, and groups, each with their own unique stories and strengths.

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and deeply rooted in the belief that you already hold the keys to your healing. My role is to walk alongside you, t support, guide, and sometimes challenge you, a you uncover your own truth, purpose, and solutions.

Creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space is at the heart of everything I do. Whether you’re looking to build emotional resilience, improve relationships, or simply find your footing again, I’m here to support your journey every step of the way. Let’s take that first step together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you feel understood while also making real progress. I use tools from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, depending on what fits best for you. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to change, and start creating a path forward together—at your pace.

What you can expect from me

I offer a supportive, down-to-earth approach that blends CBT, ACT, and EMDR to help you create meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults navigating ADHD, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions, focusing on practical tools and strengths.
