Great to meet you!

At Edgecare 360, we take a holistic and person-centered approach to mental health care by supporting individuals through the 7 Pillars of Wellness. Our goal is to help clients achieve emotional, behavioral, physical, social, financial, environmental and physical wellness and overall life stability through collaborative and compassionate care.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, Santissa Clapp, APRN, provides medication management services designed to support each client’s unique mental health needs. Her approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help individuals better understand their symptoms, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve daily functioning.

Treatment is structured, individualized, and focused on practical outcomes that promote long-term wellness and stability. Through collaboration with therapists, behavior support staff, families, and other identified supports, clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their overall wellness journey.

My approach to therapy

You can expect a structured, supportive, and judgment-free approach focused on real results. During our sessions, we will:

• Review your symptoms and concerns in detail

• Develop a clear treatment plan

• Adjust medications as needed

• Focus on improving your day-to-day functioning

My goal is to help you feel better as quickly and safely as possible while building long-term stability.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where they are heard, supported, and treated with compassion and respect. During the first visit, time is taken to listen carefully, understand concerns, discuss symptoms, and explore the client’s personal goals for treatment and overall wellness.

Clients will receive education about their mental health, treatment options, and medications when appropriate, allowing them to make informed decisions about their care. The goal of the initial appointment is to build trust, provide support, and develop a personalized plan that promotes stability, healing, and improved daily functioning.

At Edgecare 360, we believe in treating the whole person by taking a holistic approach that supports emotional, behavioral, physical, and overall wellness throughout the treatment journey.
