Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, if you are feeling stuck and don't know where to begin, I can help you find the way. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to — someone they can open up to without feeling judged or rushed. I have a strong passion for supporting my clients in the way they need and desire to be supported. I have a deep personal and professional understanding of the human mind and the struggles of life. I genuinely care about my clients and their wellbeing.

I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, cultural concerns, relationship problems, substance use, psychosis, and other severe mental health disorders. I place a strong emphasis on holistic care and determining how all life factors lead to the presenting problem the client is coming in for.

I have extensive experience working with adults and children from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns — from everyday life stressors to severe mental illnesses. I have training and experience in many therapeutic modalities, ranging from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to holistic and spiritually informed approaches.
