Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who cares deeply about helping people heal from experiences that may feel overwhelming or hard to put into words. Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, trauma, or relationship pain, and some have tried therapy before without feeling truly helped. My goal is to offer a different experience, one where you feel genuinely understood, supported, and safe enough to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down and make space to understand the deeper patterns shaping your life. My work is grounded in relational and attachment-focused therapy, which means we pay attention not just to symptoms, but to the emotional experiences underneath them. Together, we explore what has been keeping you stuck and work toward creating healthier ways of relating, to yourself and to others.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you and beginning to build a sense of trust. You’ll have space to share what has been weighing on you, and we’ll talk about what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. I approach this work with warmth, curiosity, and care so that therapy feels like a place where you can finally be honest and start moving toward real healing.
