Great to meet you!

Your brain isn't broken. It's unique. If you have spent years feeling behind, distracted, overwhelmed, or like you are always one step from falling apart, it does not mean you are lazy, careless, or broken. You may simply have a brain that works differently, and you may have never had a therapist who truly understood what that means. I'm an ADHD Specialist who works with adults and young adults, including professionals and college students, who are ready to understand their own wiring and build a life that works for it.

My approach to therapy

I help you understand your own brain wiring and build routines that actually stick real strategies for procrastination and task initiation, time blindness and time management, organization, emotional regulation, motivation, and follow-through. This includes apps, systems, and planning tools, but always calculated to how you actually think, not how the world expects you to. My background in grief-focused therapy and CBT for Insomnia also means I can support you if loss or sleep struggles are part of what you are carrying.

What you can expect from me

Asking for help can feel scary, but it does not have to be. Therapy with me is a space where you do not have to mask, push through, or apologize for who you are. Together, we will figure out what works for your brain, your life, and your goals, and build strategies that hold up outside of session, not just in the room.
