Great to meet you!

I chose to become a therapist because I have always valued listening to others and offering support during difficult times. Through volunteering in my community and supporting friends, I discovered how meaningful it is to help people navigate challenges. The opportunity to support others as they heal, grow, and find renewed hope inspired me to pursue a career in therapy. I provide a supportive space where you can explore challenges, develop new skills, and create lasting, meaningful change. I foster a warm, relaxed, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach is open, collaborative, and tailored to clients' individual needs. I welcome questions and strive to provide honest, direct, and thoughtful answers.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we build a shared understanding of your experiences and work toward meaningful progress and improved well-being. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, work-life balance challenges, and difficulties with daily functioning. I value cultural sensitivity and strive to understand and respect each client’s unique background, experiences, and needs.

What you can expect from me

I help clients develop practical skills and strategies to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their sense of self, and improve their overall well-being. I find it rewarding to support clients as they build confidence, discover new perspectives, and create a more fulfilling life. My priority in our first session is to understand what you hope to achieve through therapy. We begin by building trust and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. I value getting to know each client as an individual and understanding their unique experiences, concerns, and goals. Together, we identify how we can work collaboratively to support your growth and help you move toward the changes you want to make.
