Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience providing mental health treatment in hospital based inpatient and outpatient programs and in private practice. I work with people looking to gain insight into their own behaviors and who want to gain skills to address their challenges.

My approach to therapy

I have a specialty in psychoanalytic psychotherapy but I approach the therapy needs of each client individually and do not provide cookie cutter therapy. I incorporate tools and psychoeducation from relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy and mindfulness based therapy. I am thoughtful, creative and supportive in sessions.

What you can expect from me

I always say that the therapy office is "a shelter in the storm," a safe place to be open and to look for solutions.
