Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #138595 in California and completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I have experience working with adults, couples, and teens. My areas of speciality include trauma, sex therapy, domestic violence, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

I show up authentically myself and may use my own emotions as a way to help clients feel human. I prioritize understanding how clients see their world and the problems and people in it. I like to point out body language and any emotions I see clients resist talking about as a way to go deeper. From there, I assess where a client stays stuck and how. Common theories and interventions I use to help make change include: EMDR, Inner child, Parts work, Attachment, and DBT.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I really care to first help you feel as comfortable as possible. We will go over what is currently making days difficult, your support system, and goals of how you would like to feel or actions to take in your relationships.
