Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health counselor, I provide a supportive environment where clients can safely explore their challenges and work toward healing. While I help people with a variety of concerns, I specialize in trauma and PTSD. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I'm specially trained in EMDR, an effective treatment option that has helped many of my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While being human can be challenging, we all deserve support in recognizing our own power. I partner with clients to assess their needs and goals, using a strengths-based approach.

What you can expect from our first session

During the first few sessions as we get to know each other, you will have the opportunity to share your goals for therapy. We can figure this out together. I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable and supported. In subsequent sessions, we will collaborate and work towards your goals.
