Hi and welcome, I am Empathetic, non judgmental, and down to earth. As an EMDR CERTIFIED therapist- I care deeply for my clients healing.

My "niche" is helping women with trauma (abuse/domestic violence etc). Clients with anxiety are drawn to me due to my calm demeanor. I have been in the field since 2008.

I worked at Beacon Mental Health (formerly Tri County Mental Health) in Kansas City MO for nearly 10 years.

I am licensed in Texas and Missouri. I offer in person in Frisco Texas and telehealth sessions throughout the state of Texas and Missouri.

I am EMDR Certified (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), credentialed as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Co-Occurring Disorder Professional Diplomate, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor. I have led impactful and life-changing therapy sessions for healing trauma, depression, anxiety & more.
