My "niche" is helping women with trauma (abuse/domestic violence etc). Clients with anxiety are drawn to me due to my calm demeanor.

I worked at Beacon Mental Health (formerly Tri County Mental Health) in Kansas City MO for nearly 10 years.

I am licensed in Texas and Missouri. I offer in person in Frisco Texas and telehealth sessions throughout the state of Texas and Missouri.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am EMDR Certified (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), credentialed as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Co-Occurring Disorder Professional Diplomate, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor. I have led impactful and life-changing therapy sessions for healing trauma, depression, anxiety & more. If you are struggling to realize growth - or just need a little help and encouragement - you will be pleased to find that helping you is truly my passion.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is like kintsugi - the art of mending broken pottery and filing the cracks with gold. Broken Becomes Beautiful. Let's work together to make your flaws your strengths! I especially like to give clients tools/skills they can utilize between sessions.
