Great to meet you!

After graduating from Bryn Mawr College with an MSW, I worked with families struggling to connect with each other, utilizing a structural family therapy approach, with the focus of how each family member can move towards each other to increase functioning in the house hold. Since then, I have grounded my work in trauma informed, structural and relational therapies to encourage clients to find healthy and safe ways to move towards themselves and others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to first and foremost meet my clients where they are. Whether it is your first time in therapy or have been in therapy for years. It's important for us to be on the same page to where you are and where you want to go. And if you don't feel like you have a direction, let's figure one out!

I love working within the LGTBQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I generally work with young adults and adult.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to cultivate an empowering, strengths-based environment, where you can come to find direction in your current experience.
