Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sara. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to truly listen, you’re not alone. Life can be heavy sometimes, and having a space where you don’t have to filter yourself can make all the difference.

I create a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. My style is laid-back and collaborative, meaning we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re navigating stress, past experiences, or life transitions, I’m here to help you better understand yourself and find a path forward that feels right for you.

I believe you already have the strength within you, sometimes it just needs support and space to come through.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and empowering. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to help you gain clarity, build insight, and make meaningful changes that align with your values and your life.

I aim to be encouraging, relatable, and supportive while also helping you gently challenge patterns that may be holding you back. Therapy with me is about helping you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your own story.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s been going on, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, we’ll go at your pace. Together, we’ll start identifying your goals and what feels most important to focus on. My priority is making sure you feel comfortable, supported, and confident moving forward.
