Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma. I received my Master's degree from UT Austin and completed ungrad in New York City. I really enjoy working with people who are ready to address the issues they have been avoiding or have been unable to look at on their own.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use EMDR and IFS as my main modalities for therapy to address anxiety and trauma. I believe in being honest and direct but above all else, kind. I strive to be inclusive and use my sense of humor and compassion as my greatest strengths.

What you can expect from our first session

My aim is to empower clients to reach personal goals for growth and alleviate mental distress so that you can lead the life you want to live. I want to be a safe space where people can explore every aspect of their lives without fear of judgement. I like to give clients real-world tools they can use outside of sessions in order to address mental health issues as they arise in everyday life.
