Great to meet you!

I have worked in women's health for over 35 years and have supported women in every stage of life.

I worked as a birth and post partum doula for over 20 years. This drew me to counseling, seeing the need for more support for women in the transitional phases of life.

I have an eclectic approach, meaning I draw from various modalities and approaches to find the right fit for your style and treatment goals.

I am trained in DBT, Circle of Security, Infant Massage, gut and brain health connections.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am person centered and eclectic.

I do draw from solution focused styles, but I am not directive.

What you can expect from our first session

I call it "filling up your tool basket"

I hope that you walk away feeling heard, and that you have more tools for coping.
