Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Sara (they/them) and I have a trauma-informed art therapy background. I primarily work with neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ clients in practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an empathetic and person-centered clinician who believes you are the expert in your life. I strive to help make therapy accessible and as welcoming as possible so that we can foster a safe place for you to process what you want/need.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy can feel a bit intimidating sometimes, so I start with an introductory session for you to get any questions answered and get to know me before we get started. I gear sessions towards balancing your accomplishments as well as your struggles.
