Great to meet you!

With over 12 years working with clients, I've developed a comforting therapeutic approach for a diverse range of clients. I enjoy working with those who are ready to explore their own behaviors, who are inquisitive about their experiences, and who are willing to be affirmed and challenged. I can help you address trauma, relationship difficulties, mood instability, neurodivergent traits, and the general complexity of being human. I love making my clients feel safe, accepted, and inspired!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and accepting. I work hard to help my clients feel safe with me and to understand their lived experiences without judgement. I am inquisitive, but I also trust my clients to be experts in their own lives. I believe you know YOU best, and it's my job to help you understand yourself and envision new ways to grow.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect to understand themselves more deeply. They will come away from our time together better equipped with tools and skills for the path forward, deeper insight into their lived experience, and hope for their future.
