Sara received her Masters from Stony Brook University. Sara currently works with people ages 18-end of life dealing with anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders. 3 specialty areas include Infertility, Law Enforcement (families) and Care Giver Support.
Often times therapy can be scary. Sara loves for her clients to feel as though they are talking to a friend to help ease their nerves! She has a very laid back but professional approach using evidence based practices.
You are the captain of your own ship. Sara tries to remind you of that every session. Whatever the two of you determine your goals are for the short or long term, she will work towards empowering you to achieve them!
