Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Sara Brisbois. I am a wife, mother and Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master's of Science in clinical mental health counseling from the University of North Georgia in 2017. I have since worked in private practices with a variety of clients of different backgrounds and issues. I believe everyone has circumstances come up throughout life that they need help working through and that a good therapeutic relationship can be incredibly helpful and healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative and interpersonal approach to counseling. My goal is to meet my clients where they are and help guide them to where they want to go. I like to tailor my approach to fit the client to the best of my ability.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for clients to walk away from their sessions with me feeling seen and heard. I want my clients to feel comfortable discussing what is going on with them in session and to feel like a weight has been lifted by being able to freely discuss what they're struggling with. I also want them to feel like they've been given helpful guidance.
