Great to meet you!

Congratulations! You’ve already done the hardest part- starting. Navigating today’s world can feel overwhelming to say the least and you deserve a space where you can breathe. I specialize in working with trauma survivors and individuals with ADHD, helping you make sense of your experiences with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for change. ADHD and trauma are both deeply impactful and widely misunderstood, often shaping your choices, relationships, and self image. I believe healing begins not only with safety and understanding, but with recognizing the strengths you already carry.

My approach to therapy

My approach is “come as you are.” Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or unsure where to start, our work begins where you are. Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized, offering a space to make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and figure out tools that work for you to support growth and change. I believe the best interventions are the ones tailored to what you need. I have an integrative approach using several different types of interventions including EMDR, IFS, CBT, Attachment Based, etc.

What you can expect from me

I'm not here to judge or be shaken by your story. As a Relational Based therapist, I believe growth happens best when you feel supported, understood, and empowered to be yourself. We'll spend our first sessions getting to know each other and figuring out your goals. If you're seeking to untangle your thoughts and feelings, find peace with the past, or learn tools to navigate life, let’s connect for a consultation and take the next step together!
