Great to meet you!

Healing isn't about forgetting the past. It's about changing the way it affects your present. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorder recovery, or difficult life transitions, therapy can help you better understand the patterns that have been keeping you stuck while creating healthier ways to move forward.

With nearly a decade of experience working with adults, I provide a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where you can feel understood without judgment. My goal is to help you make sense of what's contributing to your current challenges, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, eating disorders, grief, ADHD, or relationship concerns, we'll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all because every person's story is different. Together, we'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences may be influencing the challenges you're facing today while identifying the strengths that will help you move forward. Therapy isn't just about gaining insight; it's about creating change that continues long after our sessions.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), EMDR, and Strengths-Based Therapy. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, working through eating disorder recovery, or navigating relationship or life transitions, we'll create practical strategies that fit your goals, your values, and your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation about what brought you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different moving forward. My priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and where we can begin building a plan together.

You can expect warmth, honesty, collaboration, and practical support throughout the therapy process. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, equipped with new perspectives and useful tools, and confident that meaningful change is possible.
