Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sara, a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) based in Colorado with a Master of Social Work degree from New York University. I work with teens, adults, and seniors who are navigating life transitions, trauma, and questions of identity. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in mindfulness, with a focus on helping you reconnect with yourself and feel more present in your life.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I draw on somatic practices that support the mind-body connection, creating space for healing that goes beyond words. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership, where your voice and lived experiences guide the process.

What you can expect from me

I value community, self-care, and the power of human connection, and I bring these values into the therapy room. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can explore who you are, process what you’ve been through, and move toward the life you want to create.
