Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a proud Nevada native. I was born and raised in Henderson and earned my Master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Growing up in Henderson has given me a strong connection to the community, and I value the opportunity to give back by supporting individuals, couples, and families in the place I call home.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, emotional challenges, and feeling stuck or disconnected. I also enjoy working with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen their connection, or work through difficult experiences together.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors as a form of self-care. You can usually find me hiking, fishing, snowboarding, camping, or spending time with family. I believe that having meaningful connections, getting outside, and making space for the things that bring us joy are all important parts of well-being.
Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be genuinely understood without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I take the time to get to know the person behind the concerns that bring you to therapy and work collaboratively to help you move toward meaningful change.
