Great to meet you!

My name is Sara Dillon and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I am licensed in Virginia and I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth. My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence- based practices to help my clients navigate their issues, and I work to build a relationship with my clients to provide them with a safe and non- judgmental space to process experiences and emotions.

What you can expect from me

I strive to make therapy a safe space for all, where everyone will be met with warmth and support. If you are interested in working together, please reach out to set up a free consultation. You can set up a consultation through my calendar here or email me directly [email protected].
