Great to meet you!

I am a Polyvagal informed, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in an individual practice. I have over 20 years of social work experience in a variety of settings. I currently provide support to adolescents, adults and older adults. I primarily work with individuals but provide relational support from an interpersonal perspective. Areas of focus within my practice are anxiety, depression, grief, family/relational conflict and communication strategies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have specialized training in mindfulness practices and strategies. Most recently I have completed extensive training in Polyvagal Therapy. I also often provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is documented to be highly effective in managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, in addition to other behavioral health needs.

What you can expect from our first session

I work hard to provide a warm and non-judgmental environment to develop an open and honest space to connect and communicate.
