Great to meet you!

Hello! I've been a therapist for a good chunk of time, and I've had the chance to work with many individuals and see the benefits of their courage and hard work combined with the support of an informed, compassionate provider. I have a particular interest in working with people who have experienced interpersonal trauma (when another person(s), often trusted, hurts you), other forms of trauma, issues unique to the Veteran population, athletes looking to improve their performance and mental strength, and folks simply trying to find their way in this complex world.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a place where you can continue to put the pieces of your life puzzle together with the support of a knowledgeable, warm, yet direct provider. Understanding the meaning of why we do certain things can open us to the change we are seeking. I'll draw from evidence-based modalities - treatments proven to be effective - to tailer treatment to your unique individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're dealing with stress, depression, grief, or looking for meaningful personal, professional, or athletic growth, I am here to support your journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. Who you are as a person - your identity and life experiences matter to me. This will shape all that we do together.
