Great to meet you!

My name is Sara, i'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with specialized experience with clients navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, family conflict, and the pressures that come with school, relationships, and growing up. I also support adults dealing with depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you are figuring out who you are, managing a relationship that feels hard, or just trying to get through a season that feels too heavy, I am here to help you find your footing. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Capella University and am licensed in the state of Florida. My sessions are virtual, which means we can connect no matter where you are in Florida. Getting started can feel like a big step. I am glad you are here, and I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.

My approach to therapy

I use a mix of approaches depending on what you need. CBT helps us notice and shift unhelpful thinking patterns. Person-Centered work means I follow your lead. I also bring in mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and motivational work when it fits. You will never feel rushed or judged here. This is a space where you can say the things you have not been able to say out loud yet. I find that is often where the real progress begins. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectic, and Person-Centered counseling with a conversational, down to Earth style. Whether it’s navigating identity, coping skills, managing conflict, or anything in between, I can help turn overwhelming emotions into manageable steps.

What you can expect from me

I provide a non-judgmental, warm space where adolescents and adults can feel comfortable being themselves. Life can feel incredibly heavy when you’re carrying it all on your own, and taking the first step is often the hardest part of the journey. Whether you are working through a difficult situation, feeling stuck at an impasse, or simply need a safe space to be heard, please know that you don't have to do it alone.
