Great to meet you!

I support individuals through evolving relationships, anxiety, depression, and major life changes, working primarily with clients in their 20s-40s. I earned my doctoral degree in 2011 and bring over 15 years of clinical experience with expertise working with anxiety, depression and neurodivergent individuals, including those diagnosed later in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is neuro-affirming, strengths-based and relational. I engage in deeper exploratory work to understand long-standing patterns and internal narratives, while integrating mindfulness, and distress tolerance skills to support clients through periods of acute stress or overwhelm.

I help individuals anchor into their values, cultivating psychological flexibility and self-trust. This values-based orientation fosters greater clarity in decision-making, and a deeper sense of fulfillment across work, partnership, friendship, and family relationships.

What you can expect from me

I approach my work with warmth, humor, and an engaged style that invites collaboration and curiosity. During the first session, clients can expect to engage in a comprehensive intake process where they will have the opportunity to share meaningful parts of their background, identity and areas of challenge. From there, we will establish goals and work together toward sustainable change.
