Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and more complex mental health challenges.

My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and centered around truly understanding you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. I have a special interest in areas like child and adolescent mental health, perinatal care, trauma, and the connection between mental health and overall wellness. I’m committed to staying up to date with the latest research so I can provide thoughtful, high-quality care that’s tailored to your needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and personalized approach to care. That means we work together to understand what you’re experiencing and create a plan that feels realistic and supportive for your life.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and holistic strategies when appropriate. I also believe education is an important part of the process, so you feel informed, empowered, and confident in your treatment decisions. My goal is to help you not only feel better, but to build long-term stability, clarity, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you in a safe, calm, and nonjudgmental space. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of care, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that aligns with your goals, whether that includes medication, therapy, or additional support. You can expect to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction for moving forward.
