Great to meet you!

I am an LMFT with 7 years of licensed experience in the field as a therapist. I went back to school and completed by doctorate 2 years ago in Psychodynamic Psychology and Psychotherapy. I specialized early in my career in helping parents foster attachment with their children. Now I use that expertise and focus on interpersonal relational work with adults. My approach can help you gain a better understanding of how relationships shape who you are, how you connect with others, and how your earliest relationships play a role in current challenges.

My approach to therapy

I create a calm environment where patterns can emerge and be brought to awareness. When we build a foundation of trust and care, we process those patterns together so you can learn new ways of relating to yourself and others. I utilize a combination of a psychodynamic, CBT, strength based, and solution focused approach.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I will collect history about you and your primary relationships, getting to know you and your interests. We discuss what brought you to treatment and work together on goal setting and treatment planning.
