Great to meet you!

My experience includes work as a clinician in Community Mental Health Centers in urban and rural settings. Individuals I have had the pleasure to work with include people struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, divorce, life changing events, work difficulties, brain injury, intellectual challenges, personality challenges and many others. I spent many years working as the Clinical Director of a very large CMHC giving me a varied experience of clientele and issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style of therapy is to work together as a team to figure out how to feel better, think clearer, and act in-line with the way you desire. My approach is warm, welcoming and supportive. I prefer a client centered approach and use unconditional nonjudgmental positive regard as my mainstay in the therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

My motto is "Change your mind, change your life."

We will work together to make a plan to reach your goals and I will support you at every step. The pace depends on you. When you're ready, we will examine the concerns you are having and create attainable goals to solve the issues hindering your life.
