Great to meet you!

I do this work because I’ve seen what’s possible. I’ve watched clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unsure—and I’ve seen them change, sometimes in quiet, powerful ways. I'm passionate about helping clients create a life they love, one step at a time. I know how hard life can be, and my goal is to help you feel more at home in your own skin—with compassion, curiosity, and care.

I’m a trauma psychotherapist and meditation facilitator with specialized training in EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and the emotional demands of everyday life. My practice centers LGBTQIA+ affirming care and holistic support tailored to each client’s needs.

If you're working through the impact of trauma, trying to reconnect with yourself, or balancing the pressures of a creative life, you’re welcome here. Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic—it can be subtle, steady, and deeply transformative.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and the unique challenges faced by artists, creatives, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My therapeutic style is eclectic and responsive, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, and mindfulness. As a registered yoga teacher, I love weaving elements of yoga and meditation into sessions—yes, even virtually. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I’m here to help you find what genuinely resonates and supports your growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I take time to understand what brings you in—your goals, your hopes, and what you want to see shift in your life. I want each session to feel intentional and meaningful. Your time is valuable, and I don’t take that lightly. I aim to make sure you leave with something useful—whether it’s insight, emotional clarity, or simply the experience of being met with compassion.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care. I integrate EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process past wounds, understand their inner parts, and build greater emotional resilience. You can expect a steady, collaborative space to explore what’s been hard, honor your lived experience, and move toward the life you want to create.

I welcome feedback along the way—therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership.
