Great to meet you!

My goal is to support you on your path as you make new discoveries that can lead to a more peaceful and fulfilling life. I strive to create a safe space where you can explore your experiences while learning new ways of navigating life’s challenges and coping with stress. I have a special interest in working with highly sensitive people, empaths, artists, musicians, and other creative individuals. I understand that experiencing the world with heightened sensitivity and empathy can be both a gift and a source of overwhelm. You may find yourself deeply moved by the emotions of others, easily overstimulated, struggling with boundaries, or needing more time and space to process your experiences. Creative individuals may also encounter self-doubt, perfectionism, vulnerability, as well as the drive to bring beauty into world. Therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand your sensitivity, strengthen emotional boundaries, develop greater self-trust, and honor the qualities that make you you. The world needs your gifts.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a heart-centered place, bringing warmth, compassion, and genuine care to the therapeutic relationship. I am deeply passionate about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we explore the experiences that have shaped you. I meet you where you are and invite you to share your personal goals for therapy, honoring what feels most meaningful and important to you. Along with this compassionate approach, I incorporate exploration of unconscious patterns, past experiences, and deeper emotional themes that may be influencing your present-day relationships and choices. Together, we can develop greater insight while creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, I will ask questions to better understand your current challenges and goals for therapy. I will ask you relevant aspects of your personal history, including childhood experiences and past trauma. This conversation will help us determine whether we are a good therapeutic fit. If another therapist or type of support may be better suited to your needs, I can offer you my recommendations of fellow psychotherapists I personally trust.
