Great to meet you!

I believe that you have all the power and love within you to heal your wounds and guide you through life journey. My more than a decade therapy experiences have proven that we not only can recover from depression, trauma, anxiety, stress, self-doubts, unhealthy relationships, and other sufferings, but also go beyond of it and be confident, content, happy, and healthy in most of our life aspects. It is possible if you believe that you can heal!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is more holistic and integrative model in which I take the whole person including person’s thought, feelings, and behavior, biology, family, culture, spiritual belief, and environment factors into consideration while creating unique and effective treatment approach . I also use EMDR for trauma treatment. I believe therapeutic relationship is the most important factor to reach the expected outcome.

What you can expect from our first session

Sometimes our pain confuses us and we lose clarity of recognizing our true voice. My role as a therapist is to be there for you as a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable person to provide you with the professional support you would need to access your power, have less of emotional pain and stress and overcome them. I will join your healing journey as a trusting and caring person.
