Great to meet you!
I earned both my B.A. in Psychology and my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Holy Names University. My professional background includes several years working in school-based mental health with elementary and middle school students, where I supported youth navigating emotional regulation, social challenges, family transitions, and academic stress.
In my private practice, I primarily work with teens and young adults. I’m especially drawn to this stage of life because it often involves significant transitions — identity development, relationships, academic or career decisions, and increasing independence. I enjoy helping clients make sense of who they are, what they value, and how to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and approachable. I strive to balance compassion with practical tools so that therapy feels both supportive and productive.
