Great to meet you!

I earned both my B.A. in Psychology and my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Holy Names University. My professional background includes several years working in school-based mental health with elementary and middle school students, where I supported youth navigating emotional regulation, social challenges, family transitions, and academic stress.

In my private practice, I primarily work with teens and young adults. I’m especially drawn to this stage of life because it often involves significant transitions — identity development, relationships, academic or career decisions, and increasing independence. I enjoy helping clients make sense of who they are, what they value, and how to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and approachable. I strive to balance compassion with practical tools so that therapy feels both supportive and productive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in understanding, curiosity, and compassion. I strive to create a space where you feel safe exploring your experiences without judgment. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling seen and accepted. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward building greater emotional awareness, resilience, and comfort in your daily life. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a warm, conversational space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, how you’ve been experiencing life lately, and what you’re hoping might feel different or better. We’ll also explore your strengths, challenges, and the patterns that show up for you. My goal is to understand you as a whole person and to make sure you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and clear about what working together could look like.
