Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Latinx bilingual therapist who brings both professional training and lived experience into the therapy room. I earned my degree in Boulder, Colorado—a beautiful place where I studied wilderness therapy and learned how healing nature and connection can be.

I specialize in working with trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and the unique challenges faced by people living with HIV. I also support folks who are exploring who they are and working toward becoming their most authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

I integrate nature, art, philosophy, and presence into our work, offering a space that’s grounded and genuine. I offer my heart and hold your story with humility and kindness as we grow together. I believe a therapist can only guide someone as far as they’ve journeyed themselves, so my own self-work is essential to how I show up for you.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients often walk away feeling more motivated, grounded, and connected to themselves. My goal is to help you build a stronger sense of self, find relief from what’s weighing you down, and gain clarity on what matters most to you.

I create a space where you can show up as you are—no judgment, just real conversations, care, and support. There’s always room for honesty, growth, and love in the work we do together.
