Sara has been practicing therapy for over a decade. She received her formal training at Southwestern College in Santa Fe New Mexico. She has worked with a wide range of populations throughout her career. She has additional training the areas of addiction, trauma, gender affirming services, transition related issues and work with teens and families. Sara currently works in private practice and serves a wide range of clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Relational, compassionate and gently challenging. Sara uses a wide range of skills including CBT, body awareness, thought reframing and behavioral change. She believes that a caring and open relationship between client and counselor is central to emotional growth.
