Great to meet you!

I earned my degree from California State University, Fresno in 2013 and became licensed in 2018. I have experience working across school settings, private practice, and child welfare, supporting adults, children, adolescents, and families. I specialize in working with children and families of children with special needs, and nuerodivergent individuals, and work with children, adolescents, and adults with other needs as well.

My approach to therapy

My approach is neurodivergent-affirming and integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, DBT, play therapy, and ACT. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive space where we’ll begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, while also giving you the opportunity to share at your own pace. We’ll review important information such as confidentiality, answer any questions you may have, and start identifying goals for our work together. My aim is to ensure you feel comfortable, respected, and understood as we begin building a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
