Great to meet you!

Hi! Welcome! I offer virtual therapeutic services to clients seeking counseling from the safety and convenience of home. Using a combination of traditional and modern therapy approaches, I work with clients to design custom wellness paths, tailored to achieving better states of mindfulness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions, I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track with a custom path designed for you. I provide a safe non-judgemental space for all people and backgrounds including but not limited to minorities, latinx and LGBTQIA + populations.

What you can expect from our first session

With specializations in research-based modalities - including EMDR, I empower my clients with the knowledge and understanding to face their challenges, stressors, or symptoms head-on. And in that process, free yourself from the mental barriers and fog weighing you down.
